QC control details:

step 1	IQC	Raw material incoming inspection
step 2	FAI	QC perform first article inspection and confirm first article is okay,and then production deparment start mass production .
step 3	self-check	Operator must self-check  as per our quality control system.
step 4	IPQC	QC must inspect 2-5 parts every 2 hours , i.e., in-process quality control
step 5	spot check	QC must inspect parts as per shift . We have day shift and night shift .
step 6	OQC	QC must inspect product before shipment .
